In need of a support system

Hi All!

I have been on and off of MFP over the last 6 months but about 3 weeks ago, I made the decisions to get serious about my nutrition and refocused myself to healthy eating (and hopefully weight loss). My main goal is to get healthy, build strength, and lose a bit of weight to hopefully give me an edge in my 2012 racing season. I am an ultrarunner and triathlete and plan on focusing on Xterra triathlons, maybe 1 road half IM, mountain bike races, and trail 50Ks next year so this fall and winter is all about strength and toning! I also want to set a good example for the beginner and intermediate runners and triathletes I coach.

I would love to have some encouragement along the way so please friend me if you think we might share similar goals.
