Is it best to spread out your supplements throughout the day? Some days I do and other days I take them within an hour. I dont ever feel woozy or anything. I take vit E, glucosamine, fish oil, folic acid, CoQ10, and a mult vit.

    Good question, wondering the same thing. Take mine in the AM and this week tried splitting between AM & PM. Looking forward to seeing what others find..

    I'm not really sure about this one. I can't take pills, so I drink Shakeology daily, which has everything you listed except COQ10 in it. If my reflux is acting up, I drink two shakes. Good luck & hope you get a better answer than this! :smile:

    I normally have mine throughout the day just because it's so many and some go better at diff times.

    morning: a multi, and a test booster

    at work: fish oil

    before gym: preworkout.

    after gym: test booster, creatine mono, another multi, whey protein

    before bed: test booster and sometimes whey


    I end up eating at least 10 pills per day, so it's just easier on my stomach to split them up. plus i figure absorption will be a little better

    I take all mine in the morning except for my CLA which needs to go with each meal.
