New to dieting, and the site.

Starting my diet today. Have never had a use for one until I moved out, and I gained 20lbs. Any tips to help me stay on track?

    Be honest with yourself about what you're eating and use the tracker to keep yourself within your calories n try and fit in regular exercise.

    Its basically common sense, eat a little bit less n move a little bit more.

    This is great site tho, everyone is so supportive.

    Don't work or go to school, so the excersize won't be a problem.
    Also have a pool in my apartment complex, so that helps.

    Make some goals !!!!!! I have a challenge for november that would be a good start for you. If you look in my posts you can get an idea of how it goes I had one in october you are welcome to take a peak. I have several that are also doing november you can see there goals to get an idea .
