    Im sorry but I just noticed your profile pic. Are those HEALS your wearing while squating lol. I could only imagine you doing lunges or lunges in the grass :). Dang girl talk about die hard and just when I thought I saw it all. I have to admit I am impressed but still cray to say the least.

    I think if you do this 3 to 5 days a week should be great, along with your other cardio/strength workouts :)

    lol...I participate in a challenge every Friday, where we post pictures of us working out called Mission in Action or MIA. Today's challenge picture was doing a squat in heels. thanks :)
