a woman about 5'4" medium frame early 30s... ?
Right now I am about 27% and i'm not sure what is reasonable. anyone know about this?
I'm not looking for something like a body builder, more like something reasonable and maintainable.

A fit woman should be around 20-25%. I would imagine that wouldn't be too hard to maintain once you reach it. So if you dropped anonther 4-5% you'b e right in the middle.

Yeah, it really depends on how much muscle mass you have. If you hear a guy is 10% you'd expect a pretty ripped looking dude but if you have no muscle mass you'll still not be very aesthetic.

yeah i looked at the lee peele pictures before and i don't look like the 25% girl, my abs are more defined. so those pictures don't really help me a lot.
