C25K round one-DONE

After taking a year off from running (and gaining 24 pounds) with an injured knee I never thought I would be able to get back into it, but with the help of C25K I can call myself a runner again!

For this round I was alternating walking and jogging at 5 mph. Next week I will restart, but alternate 5mph and 7mph sections until I can reach my goal of 2 miles in 18 minutes.

    I've been wondering what to do to increase my speed... but it seems like you have it down! Good for you!

    I'm in the same situation and just got approval from my doctor to start running again :)
