Hello all. I'm Vanessa and I've lived in Brooklyn, NY my whole life (28yrs). I've had much success with WW but I've become bored with counting points and running on the treadmill (at the gym). I lost about 68lbs as of April 2011 but put back about 23lbs since then. I've always admired the people who have done P90X so I decided to do Power 90 which is the beginning point of P90X. I've done 4 days of the workout and I've already dropped 2lbs. It's hard and tiring but I needed the change and I know it'll be worth it in the weeks to come. My goal is to lose 30lbs by my birthday (May 2012). I've always wanted to see 150 on the scale so we'll see how the next few months go. I can use all the motivation I can get so feel free to friend me :-)

You can definetly do it, you certainly sound like you have the motivation... we all get down sometimes , that is what is so great about this site... if you are down another person is there to pick up so to speak and get you back on track
