Just joined a couple days ago. Had gastric bypass on Oct 18, 2011 so I need to be diligent about tracking my foods. (when I get to start eating food again) that is not for another 6 weeks. First two weeks is liquids, then I go to pureed foods, then to soft foods. I should drop some weight this first six weeks so we shall see.
If you want to know anything about me, dont hesitate to ask, Im a open book.

Hi! The 6 weeks will go by fast. The toughest thing is learning how to survive on a liquid diet since we are so used to always chewing food. I was on a liquid diet for 6 months when I had my upper n lower jaw broke. It sucked!! I lost a lot of weight obviously. This site is a great site to meet people and help with motivation and encouragement.0
