Trying again. Tired of yo-yo-ing.

Hello everyone! I'm Randi, I'm 22 and I'm tired of "dieting" for a few days then eating a medium pizza.
Pizza is my weakness, along with mocha's.
I'm trying to walk daily at work. Today I'm trying a fitness DVD for the first time (I bought it 3 years ago).
I was VERY skinny in high school and very athletic, then my boyfriend moved in with me and the rest is history.
Pretty sure I gained 100 pounds in the last 5 years. AWFUL!

I'm starting small. I just want to lose the 10 pounds I've gained since vacation (3 months ago) before Thanksgiving. That's my first goal. Then we'll see what I can do after that! I'm also trying to conceive and I think my weight is effecting the fact that it hasn't happened yet, so I'm trying to get healthy again so I can have a baby!
