Entering strength training on mfp

how on earth do you enter strength training workouts? The database does not recognize lateral pull downs, triceps press, and other specifics. I also tried entering generic terms, such as strength training and weight lifting. Thanks for your thoughts and tips!

Create your own exercises. I have also used similar exercises that were in the database, and just known what I meant. Are you trying to enter them under the "strength" category?0

This site doesn't measure each lift type / calories burnt. But there IS a weight lifting general category in the cardio section0

Entering under strength wont give you a calorie count.0

under cardio, use "strength training (weight lifting/weight training)" Hope this helps!0
