i passed a runner on my way home who was wearing sunglasses. sunglasses! i had to do a double take because she was just running along IN SUNGLASSES with no problems. when i use sunglasses, they end up foggy ...or sweaty ...or i have to take them off every 5 seconds because they are slipping down my nose. so how did she manage to not only wear sunglasses, but make it look so easy? not fair! *wah*

can you run with glasses/sunglasses? what's the secret?

Never had a problem. On a cold day on the motorcycle, yes, I have a major problem with fogging, but while running, no. Maybe you need a different pair.. I bet they even make running-specific glasses.

No problem with glasses/sunglasses and running......I don't know why you 've had that problem.

that's funny I was running in the snow today, it was really bright, I was wishing I had my sunglasses. I was afraid they would get all fogy on me as well.

Glasses/sunglasses that fit. Check with your optometrist or even a local glasses shop - they will often do a free fitting.

I usually run in the dark, but on the rare occasion I run while the sun's up I wear sunglasses w/o problems. Perhaps whatever you're wearing is either too tight/close if they're fogging up.

Are you breathing through your eyes, because that isn't how you're supposed to do it.

I have big cheeks and deep-set eyes so it's like a little sauna behind each lens. I feel your pain. If I wear sunglasses with the little nose-protector pads that stick out a bit, I don't get fog. But if you try it with the plastic ones where the nose pieces just sort of arc out from the main frame, it's always gonna be sweaty. Hope that helps.
