Thigh Cramping?

I know this isn't a doctor's office, and I'm going to see my doctor in a few weeks - but until then, I was hoping maybe to gain some insight here. My left thigh has been hurting for about a week now off and on - it feels to me like muscle cramping (best way I know how to describe the pain). It only starts hurting when I sit down for more than a few minutes or when I'm laying down in bed at night.

I really don't understand what's wrong. I didn't hurt myself (as far as I know?) and haven't been doing anything different than I have for the last couple of months. Has anyone ever had this kind of pain and if so, what did it turn out to be?

I've had this happen after exercises involving pelvic lifts and leg lifts. I just lay down, bring my leg up, fully extended and gently stretch my hamstring. This is when the muscle in the BACK of my thigh cramps. If yours is the long muscle in the top of your thigh, I got nothin'. Sorry.

Yeah, top of the thigh - thank you anyways though. I think I will take a walk and try stretching it out... at least when I'm moving it doesn't seem to hurt.
  • I have had the Thigh Cramps... Omg they hurt so oooo bad. I found this product and it really has helped. Check to see if your local food store has it.. If not you may need to look at a Health food or Athletic food store. its called Pickle Juice Sport Drink. It stopped mine from coming back. I was having leg and thigh cramps pretty often. And I have not had one in over a month since using this.

I -might- try that except it's not sold in my state. :P Oh well...
