    that is a funny thing...i didn't lost any inches!!!! I think the muscle took place of the fat. For the last 2 months, I was at a calories surplus.

    Oh very interesting. I actually was following the amount of calories the book recommended, but doing Chalean Extreme instead (they are actually pretty similar, just everything is done with dumbbells). I tried it for a month and didn't lose any inches, and it looked like I had gained a couple pounds. But, now those pounds are gone after lowering my calories again (after only a week). I really should have taken pictures. :ohwell:

    Anyway, you did some fabulous work and you are looking great!! :drinker:
