Introducing myself

Hi all

I have always been a well rounded girl, by that I dont mean I play sports and read at the same time :-)

Someone recommended this site to me to help with my weight loss. I have been going to the gym (regularly for 3 months) at least three times a week, trying really hard to run on the treadmill (not very succesfully as I have bad arches), I have a personnel trainer twice a week and I am still not losing any kilos. I have lost a cm or two but I need to make more of an impact with weight loss than I am currently doing. Unfortunately I am a foodie so its not helping. I have decided to have a food diary and think about what I eat from now on. Fingers crossed... if anyone out there is in the same boat we can encourage each other, i have a goldfish sense of focus so need all the help i can get!!
