Just wondering if it works. They say it helps you lose weight.

I know I can do it on my own (and I am, im not buying it) just curious.

    It actually doesn't work... it just keeps your midsection warmer than it would be without that second layer :)

    repeat after me - eating right and regular exercise is the only thing that works consistently and for the long term. Everything else is just a gimmick to transfer YOUR money to someone else. got it?

    Most fat people, i.e. those that aren't on here, are desperate for a quick fix with minimal effort, and will buy anything that offers them what they want. When it doesn't work they blame themselves for not doing it right, and move on to the next scam.
