I'm new... Just started earlier this week. I'm really enjoying how easy it is to keep track of what I ate and how many calories I've consumed. It's fabulous! (I'd like to thank Mike from CA :happy: , the creator of MyFitnessPal, for bringing us such a great tool, for FREE!!!!) Love it!

I have a 16-month old daughter, who is a super sweetie. I never lost all the weight from my pregnancy, and then gained some more when I stopped nursing her this summer. So here I am at my highest weight ever... and I can't fit into any of my clothes. Time for some serious work! So I'm trying to bring all the focus and energy that I have and get it done! I've got 25 lbs to lose, and I'm focused on the journey. Putting my daughter and family first in my life is second-nature to me, but I've realized that for my health, I have to put myself first. So I started getting up an hour before the little one for some exercise time. It's working so far, and hope I manage to stick with it. I'm sure everyone knows what a juggling act it is to balance health, family and career. I'm hoping my recent changes will pay off.
