Taste bud Change?

I've noticed that since I changed my eating and my cravings for all things bread-y and pasta-y have passed, my taste buds seem to have changed a bit. Has this happened to anyone else? I was walking through the bread aisle and it smelled very yeasty to me. The thought of eating heavier carbs is no longer appealing...which hopefully will help my waistline!

This is no coincidence, your body is no longer addicted! Congratulations on breaking the addiction to simple carbs

Your body learns to crave the things that nourish it best- you just have the difficult task of introducing those foods in order to break the addiction!0 -
My tastebuds have changed from craving salty snacks like chips and heavily sugary cookies and cakes to actually craving fresh fruit

The old cravings are almost gone and I think I'm re-establishing new ones. I definitely see a taste preference transformation, just too new into it to see what I will be craving instead0
