If you have cottage cheese, that is a great food to eat and snack on, even close to bed time. It has an enzyme that allows it to break down easily, even while sleeping. It's also quite filling.
( I Shy away from eating anything big less than 2 hours before sleep. Except for cottage cheese ;p )0 -
eat if it keeps you under your calories.0

If you haven't gone over and are hungry, please eat! You are told to eat that many calories for a reason; your body needs them to function! You haven't even eaten 900 today; that's not healthy. Go for it!0

It's kinda late for something so heavy. How about eating it tomorrow for lunch, breakfast if you want:-). But not so late.0

I think if you are way under cals...AND you are hungry, you should eat.0

First of all, meal timing is irrelevant and you can eat food 3 seconds before your head hits the pillow and it will not make any bit of difference provided that you are still within your calorie and macronutrient goals.
That being said, if you have the caloric space for food and you are hungry, eat, even if it's before bed.
EDIT: Additionally, if you find that eating before bed causes you digestive distress, or trouble sleeping, then you should plan on eating earlier. If it doens't bother you though, just eat.
I eat the majority of my calories before bed as it's personal preference.0 -
If it is really late try not to eat anymore carbs...if you have any protein shake...that should help you wiht hunger0

Carb timing is aboslutely irrelevant in the context of weight loss. Energy balance over the course of time will dictate weight loss and weight gain, not the timing of a particular macronutrient.0
