So I my 2 friends/colleagues and I work out on our lunch break at work every night. We've been doing 30DS Level 2, and I am having a really hard time with the plank stuff. I just simply am not strong enough to hold my weight up by my arms AND do other things like the plank jacks, etc.

On one of the exercises, I gave up on the plank and went back to just doing regular pushups (from my knees). To my surprise, I actually could do more than 2 without my arms giving out. YAY for getting stronger!

    That's awesome! It works if you work it :D I haven't been doing much to strengthen myself, just really focusing on correct intake since I just started about a month ago, but I hope to get there soon once I get a little more settled into my new job & schedule. Best of luck to you!!!

    Thanks! I've noticed that even if I'm below on cals, the scale doesn't budge as much. I need to exercise regularly for this to work. Good you to you as well!!! You are beautiful btw!

    how long can you hold a full plank or half plank?

    Not sure actually, haven't tried holding just a plank by itself. I will have to see!
