Hi there I'm a young mother of two and I've managed to put on an extra 20kgs. This is making me very depressed and really hurting my self esteem, so I'm going to do something about it.

My goal weight is between 55-60kgs, which I would like to have off by April, but I doubt it'll happen that fast.

I am mainly looking for other Mums but I'm open to add anyone that is interested in motivating me, and I'll motivate you!

Look forward to making progress with you all!

I'm not a young mum, but I am a mum.

I'm no stranger to exercise, but one thing is for certain, keep a food diary.

When they say that weight loss is 30% exercise 70% food they are not kidding.

If you did no exercise but kept a food diary religiously for a month, you'd loose weight. it might not be much, but you would still loose.

If you exercised everyday but ate whatever you wanted, you'd still be the same weight.

So keep a food diary, do it everyday for 21 days. That's how long it takes to create a new habit.
    Watch your portions.
    Don't go back for seconds
    And no more desserts.

And don't be afraid to ask questions, no question is a silly/stupid question.
