Eat more food......Try eating calorie dense foods. Add more fat when cooking eg. olive oil, butter and fattier cuts of meats.

  • i'm trying to gain weight, too :O vegetarian, five foot 3, 93 pounds, trying to be around 110 to 115. i eat all day long and can't seem to gain anything :/ recently i've started making smoothies and drinking those with meals, which adds a few hundred calories... maybe that's a thing you can try? like milk (or soy milk, whichever), fruit, ice, all that stuff.

good luck :) My advice to myself and you is to eat 6 meals a day with around 400 cals in each .. not too hard when you say it like that

I'm trying to gain weight too. I'm just getting started with MFP, but right now I'm focusing on eating throughout the day, with lots of snacks like trail mix with lots of nuts/proteins, making sure I start out the day with something to eat (I have almost always skipped breakfast and gone straight to coffee) and doing some mild exercise which, even though it burns calories, keeps my appetite alive and makes me want to eat more, more, more!
