Hey bunny! How are you feeling?

I ran 4 miles on the TM and then swam 600 yds. Gotta get back into some swimming, my first tri is in June!

I got in 6 miles this morning and the wind was cold! But I suppose I shouldn't be complaining, its probably still 65 degrees with sun   Have a great day everyone!

    Hi Jess,
Thanks for asking. I am going to get my foot xrayed today. It still hurts to walk on it, haven't tried running! I wonder about the xray though because I read that a stress fracture takes time to show up on an xray and I just got hurt this weekend. I am going to try and find something to do at home since I am home with a sick child. Maybe dig that old Pilates tape out of the tv cabinet.

Hi y'all! I got in about 6.25 today plus a bit of strength training after. Feeling great! A friend of mine is trying to talk me into doing another marathon... I don't know. I can't seem to get motivated enough to run more than 6 or 7 miles right now. The thought of comitting to the training, etc, has me all wigged out. We'll see...

Yeah, sometimes the x-rays don't show stress fractures. I had to have a bone scan to rule it out. I hope it feels better and you can find something to do in the mean time!

Great job! I'm going to have to start running longer miles before too long, my half mary is in May! Signing up for a race keeps me motivated to keep going!

Today's my day off from running, but I walked to work. Then it snowed when I got there, so now I have to walk home in the snow in my tennis shoes!

I ran 2 miles OUTSIDE this morning, and it was FABULOUS, still getting to know the area so hopefully I can find a longer run!

Hi Kechi! Good to hear from you. Good for you running in the rain! I got an xray yesterday and see the doctor tomorrow. Hopefully I can get back out there soon.
