Turbo Fire

How important is it to follow the turbo fire program exactly vs. Just doing one of the workouts each day switching them around? I also have turbo jam and do the sculpt twice a week with a turbo fire cardio.

    Well, to get the results the program advertises - you should follow their schedule. However, I now mix it up when I feel like it - just as long as you don't do HIIT two days back to back or more than four times a week, I think you will be okay. For a well balanced program, I'd suggest strength training three times a week and cardio on alternating days. :smile: So doing the sculpt twice a week with Turbo Jam and TF workouts, I think that'd be fine.
