I know its not always good to have a picture of body you admire but I would love for my body to be more like this This is my idea of a perfect body

you can tone your arms by doing more strength training... lift weights etc, also push ups... as for the tummy try doing crunches and reverse crunches... i'm sure theres more options too

If you're referring to shaping your body, you can work out the specific muscles harder. But if you want to trim fat in areas... sorry, genetics won't allow that.

Sadly no.. Unless you want to pay for plastic surgery. Your body is never going to look like that ladies, simply because you are not her.. You are you, and you two have different genes, eating patterns, workout schedules, prob. different heights, weights, etc.

You just gotta keep exercising(both cardio and weights) and eating right, and your body will decide where to lose from and where to keep weight.

Okay, girl you're hott, but the bad news is you can't target train. I disagree with those that say you can.

I think the healthiest way to go about it, physically and emotionally, is to love your body without expectations. Aim to be the best you that you can be, and accept that the best you might not match another woman's shape.

If you're a pear, you'll likely stay mostly a pear, though, so it's great that it's a shape that matches your ideal. And I agree, that girl in the photo is HAWT!

Unfortunately that type of body isn't the type that can be created. It's just genetic.

That's Bria Miles! I saw her in LA. She is fffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffff-iiiii---nnnn-eeeeeee!!!

If you can get your body to look like that....
  • Ok so I don't think we can get our bodies to look exactly like an ideal that we see...but Dr. Oz had a show either Wednesday or Thursday this week about those of us gals with "belly" fat vs. "big-bottom (thigh) gals. There were specific excercises and certain foods to add and avoid that differed for each body type. Look up his website because I won't be able to explain it on here...but it should have all the highlights listed there....

I know of several people who were able to "shape" their bodies using this book http://www.amazon.com/Shape-Training-Robert-Kennedy/dp/0809232510/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1319940226&sr=8-1 HTH Q
