    Congratulations!! You look absolutely phenomenal and that belly pooch you speak of is practically invisible.

    I am super inspired by your success story because I am also 5'10" and my goal is also 140-145 pounds!! I weighed 145 for most of my adult life until I had kids, but I got down to 140 lbs for a time and I feel like that's my really fighting good weight. Anyway, really big congrats, you look amazing!
