Okay most of the time I try to eat early in the day but there are days I work late and close the store. On those days I generally have agrilled chicken salad for lunch and a small portion of just what is at home for supper. I have been trying not to eat carbs, bread, pasta, fried foods so typically just some meat and veggies for supper. Thing is on those days Ive been eating late I seem to gain the next morning. But typically lose back down the next day I weigh. I just figure its cause Im eating late then only giving 1-2 hours before I go to bed. Thoughts?

That "gain" is the same gain you would experience from weighing yourself in the morning, going throughout your day, and then weighing yourself again in the evening. Your body needs the time to process that food and then remove it.

I used to think the same way.....but after looking around, I have learned and believe, for me, it doesnt matter what time you eat as long as it is within your allowances.

I agree. There is weight to food. Unless your body has digested the food and eliminated it you are going to see a gain.
