Just wanted to say hey to everyone and good luck with your weight loss goals. I have been logging my calories for 2 weeks with consistency using my smart phone. I am actually loving it. It is a motivation to keep my calories in check and to go for a run so I have extra calories to consume. Is that bad that my motivation to exercise is so that I can eat more?

I don't think it's bad at all. It's all about balance. We can't walk through life living on lettuce. Food is good! We can eat the things we enjoy as long as we do the work & keep our metabolism amped up to burn it off. All in moderation. Glad you're here.
