How do you log in a fitness dvd workout?

I just got done with 15 min warm up cool down stretches, 25 min start it up dvd, and 10 min slim & 6 pack dvd. It is from the Slim In 6 by Debbie Siebers. I cant find how to log workout dvds. And dont know how many cals I burned or I would make the exercise thing myself. How do you log your dvd workouts?

    I wear my HRM and log as generic 'cardio' and then manually enter the calories burned as shown on my HRM. I would go nuts trying to figure things out w/o my HRM b/c it's not like you have a record of the effort you put in during the workout w/o it.

    For my 30 Day Shred workout I say 25 mins Circuit Traning
