I have finally made it to a point were I feel comfortable sharing My Progress Pics on the message boards I hope it will inspire some one to keep pushing and to dig deeper. I join MFP to lose 5lbs I was getting close to my max weight for the Navy I leave for basic this Jan but soon realised that I could stand to lose more and need to be in my best shape before going to basic I started by doing a trying diffrent workout programs and soon found 2 I enjoy which are c25k and Insanity. My new goals are to become tone and get my body fat percent down to 18 I am not quitting MFP when I get to basic I plan to keep logging and woring out.I am 5'4 and started wieght was 160 I am currently 146
