Starting over again!

I have tried it all...it always starts out good and then...wham! I'm stuck in poundage that won't let go of my body. So, i was surfing the net and came across this website. I am not someone who is on the computer and social networks all the time. But here I am trying it and trying to beat giving up again. I can see a skinny me but she keeps running away from me. Not fair, I have skinny firiends and I used to be one of them. Anyway, I will be successful because I am not going to quit. Hope you all can help me get over this hump and catch that skinny gal!     I found my waist line this morning after only 2 months...If I can do this..anyone can!!!

    It does work! I have found a ton of motivation on this site on those really hard days when I feel myself slipping back to my old habits. You can do it! Believe it!

    There is so much support on here it is incredible, I am losing slowly but surely and I gave up smoking and still lost and that is due to this site and being accountable for your actions.

    Remember the faster you run after that skinny girl the more calories you will burn

    I kinda know how you're feeling. I weighed in this morning and gained 0.2 pounds this week. Guess who's giving up on their dream of being a thinner, healthier person...not me! Keep trying, it'll be worth it in the end.
