Downloaded the myfitnesspal app last week and I'm liking it. I like that it tells me at the end of a day how much I would weigh in a few weeks if every day was like the day I just ended. Keeps me on track, or puts me back on track.
Looking forward to being able to use this over the next few months to get my weight down.
