Food suggestions for the rest of the day?

Can someone checkout my food diary and tell me just what it is that I'm supposed to eat to make up for the other 375 calories I have to eat today? I'm already over my sodium and protein. I guess I could just eat some bread??

I'm trying ~really~ hard to get to my net 1200 calories after getting "yelled" at a lot for consistently being under goal. However, I find this to be dang near impossible. Please help?

Thank you ahead of time!

I had the same problem the other day and I had a green smoothie. I felt good and had so much energy the next day.

An easy basic recipe is 1-2 handfuls of lettuce (spinach, baby spring mix, romaine, kale) and 1-2 bananas, and 1-2 cups of water. If you like it cold like Jamba juice, add a cup of frozen berries.

i agree that the protein is set waaaaaaaay too low, i personally adjust mine to about 100 grams, just make sure that most of that is NOT animal proteins (which tend to have more bad fats). smoothies are a great way to add a couple hundred extra calories, i use frozen friut, fresh banana, about a 1/4 cup of plain nonfat yogurt, water (to make it more liquid consistency) and a touch of honey. Liquid calories are also absorbed faster by your body, so they are ideal for after 7pm snacking :) good luck girl!
  • I'm a huge fan of roasted veggies, any kind my faves are broccoli, cauliflower, kale just add some evoo for extra flavor and calories and good fat place on cooking sheet in oven 400 degrees 15-20 minutes....I like mine really crisp so I Roast them until they start to get brown.

Thank you for all of the suggestions. I appreciate it. "Food for thought" may not have a more true sentiment than now.
