HELP with PolarFT7 HRM

I just used it during my 30DS workout, and it was continuously reading my HR because I kept checking!! :) But I was so bummed that when I went to look at it after, it didn't save my data. Anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it please let me know. I am reading the directions to see what I did wrong but it may take me a long time. Hope someone can help me!!!

    I just hit the bottom left button twice to stop and it saves..you checked the log? That's a bummer!

    If you hit the middle right button once it finds your HR, you have to push it again to start a training session. Good Luck :)

    Make sure you do this next time. I have the same hrm.

    OK, well I didn't press start or save, I guess I will do this next time! :) And do you guys sync your HRM to the website?
