Hello everyone, a friend of mine from my zumba class recommended this site to me. I just started last week and here it is a week later I have lost 6lbs! I am so excited. I could not believe it. :smile:

    That's a great start :) I have just started using this site again after a cpl of months slacking but lost a few lbs already... its very motivating!
