Today I finished day 1 week 2 of Jillian's Ripped In 30. It was SO hard for me!!! I'm petrified of weeks 3 and 4. I thought it was going really well until the first cardio. When the plank jumps came up it was fine I did 30ds no problemo.......Then mountain climbers!?!?! Oh mama!!!! After that it was a mess of breathing hard, sweating like a pig, and trying to keep up. I'm all about the modifications tomorrow. The important thing is I did it and will continue till the end and then have some awesome results to show for the pain.

Good job! I've not done anything like that but I remember the first time I hit the 4 mile mark when jogging and it was an awesome feeling! I suppose I should admit that the only thing that got me through the last mile was that I was going out to Five Guys for a burger and fries later...It wasn't my finest moment but I earned that burger:)0
