Once again, I thank you Gilad...

So, I had some appointments early this morning, and usually I work out first thing in the morning, so I knew I was going to be working out this afternoon instead. I got home and ate some lunch, then was laying on my bed REALLY not wanting to work out, but I knew I would feel better after I did. So, I dragged myself downstairs and did Gilad's Step Aerobics (60 minutes on a 9-inch step), and by golly, I do feel tons better!!! For anyone who wants an awesome cardio workout and a great ab workout, I highly recommend Gilad Step Aerobics! I have been doing it 6 days a week for the past couple weeks and I have lost about 6 pounds thus far, which broke me out of my plateau!!:happy:
