    I'm working hard trying to get as close to my November goal as possible by the end of the month! :) Did another 5 miles Advanced Walk tonight.

    I did 4.5 outdoor miles today. I am super sore lol but, I burned a lot of calories. I will do it again in the morning.

    I want to know how many are interested in completing a December Challenge. I will post a thread for a December Challenge on Tuesday evening. I will amp my goal this time and hope to add some mini challenges like squats and jumping jacks. It has been years since I done jumping jacks. Let me know what you guys think.
