I'm making the following recipe and I entered it into the database here to see the nutritional data based on the protein powder I used:
http://www.allhomemadecookies.com/recipes/browniesbars/chpbproteinbars.htm

I am not getting the same nutritional data when I input the ingredients.
Mine are significantly less:
Cals - 96
carbs - 9
fat - 3
protein - 8
sodium - 88
fiber - 2

Which should I go off of, the website or my entry?

Go off of your entries. Not all powders are equal. Why knows what size scoops they used, or the nutritional value of the scoops. Some powders are "meal replacement" and have more calories/carbs/protein etc while other powders are "supplements" and generally have a higher ration of protein to carbs.

Go with your entries since you can specify the powder you use.
  • 251 cals seems like a lot looking at the ingredients o.O

I used BSN Syntha-6 protein powder in chocolate peanut butter flavor which is 200 calories a scoop (2 scoops per the recipe).

I'm not seeing anything in searches that shows that baking makes the serving sizes nearly triple in nutritional data. I'd just rather over estimate than under if you know what I mean.

Baking will change the volume of food but not the nutritional value, until you get to burning of course!!!
