Hello to all and I hope everyone is doing great! I just wanted to check on ya'll and see how your intake calories and burned calories are adding up! I have eaten about 1200 calories today and have burned 450, I haven't had dinner yet and I am thinking I might have a little something yummy for dessert. I have been so good for almost a month so I can sneak in a reward. ;-)

I'm just about to do my workout right now and still have almost 1000 calories left for dinner, etc. WOOOHOOO!0

im done eating for the night and completed my workout i have 310 calories left.0

I did okay today. I'm lacking groceries so I had a salad for breakfast and the same salad again for lunch :laugh: It's looking like it's going to be the same way again tomorrow! I did sneak about 4-5 chocolates, thin ones, which wasn't good, but what a day! haha the I had some asian noodles (200 calories packs) with broccoli, onion, and pad thai sauce for dinner. I worked out at the gym for 35 minutes & drank LOTS of water! Over all, a good day. Probably wrap it up with some wii fit!

Let's check in every Saturday because the last day of February is on a Saturday. We have about 4.5 weeks for this challenge. I want to be down around 5-8 lbs, well, more would be good :happy:
