Steam room - how long?

Hi all - today I decided to swim for my cardio and afterward I went to the steam room for 5 minutes. Since I was already wet and cold from the walk from pool to steam room at the gym, I wasn't hot. Although I feel like I really woudl've been hot if I just got off the treadmill :bigsmile: So what is the recommended time? Also, I think I remember reading on here that it will help with getting out some sodium? Is that the case and if so, how long? Thanks all!
