hi i was wondering if i exercise am I able to eat more fat grams to because i find it hard to find foods that have no fat? thanks

Yes, when you add exercise in you will notice it will increase the fat grams, as it is based on a percentage of the day's goals.0

Fruits and vegetables have no fat.0

When you exercise you can eat more calories. Period. Whether those calories come from protein, fat, or carbohydrates is up to you. But your body needs fat. Fat is what allows you to absorb vitamins, among other things. You should not try to cut it out entirely.0
