is cardio good with weight training?

hey everyone, id like your input on this. just wondering if im trying to bulk up would some cardio ruin me bulking up? if not should i do cardio the days i do weight training or on a different day ? thanks

The consensus by most of the bodybuilding world is that a cardio is detrimental to gaining mass since you would be using the calories you consume for cardio (which is considered catabolic) and not to enhance anabolism. IMO, you should do some cardio because it's good for your heart which is the most important muscle in the body and without it, nothing else matters.
Stay in positive nitrogen balance and you should be fine to do 30 minutes of cardio a day and still be able to bulk up sufficiently.0
