Those last couple of pounds!!

How do you get rid of them?? I'm talking those last 4 or 5 pounds. I'm stuck. I've been stuck here for months!!!

  • Stcking at the same weight itself for such a long time is an achievment . YOu are not stuck . Just sustain it and then you will find that you are loosing those 4/5 pounds........:smile:
  • This is exactly where I am. It seems to be harder to lose the closer you get to your goal. I've heard/read that taking a 2 week break, continuing your exercise but eating at maintenance level, then getting back on your original diet will get you back to losing. I just started with this (yesterday). I'll let you know how it goes.

    I also just order some body fat calipers to measure my progress. The scale is not always the best way. If my body fat is reducing, I don't really care what the scale says.
