Hungry Girls e-mail today was all about Super Bowl food. I picked up the book yesterday so I'll probably make some of the guy friendly recipes out of there.0

My plan, is get out of house for part of day, uggg, football, but GO KURT WARNER!!!!!!!!0

I'll indulge, but carefully. I usually at parties allow myself to take a little bit of only the things that I HAVE to have. And then mostly good stuff. If there's anything good there. Haha.0

I will be running in a 5K in the morning, so I will have earned some extra calories that day
Stiil- I have decided- only 2 beers and no gorging on any crappy food.
slightly off topic:
Has anyone else come to the realization that staying within my calories means that I'll never be "drunk" again? And I am so happy about that. No hangovers, no puking, no blood vessels around my eyes all burst from the pressure of getting sick (sorry if I'm being graphic, I am starting to realize that I was WAAAAY overdoing it with alcohol)0 -
Hubbz will be getitng pizza & wings for himself and the girls will be making a seafood delight dinner for me so... we'll see!0

During the game would be a GREAT time to go to teh gym...empty, practically all to myself!!! That's actually a thought!0

I'll be on an airplane!! with my own snacks so I'm in the clear.0

In the past I have gone to a dear friend's house where we eat and drink too much. I purposely accepted an invitation to a new place (the gal is a marathon runner who eats very healthfully). Today I had to tell the dear friend that I could not attend. I feel like I am making a heathy choice.
I also feel like a traitor.0
