I know of a great meal replacement shake called Cinch. It is soy based, so vegetarian friendly. Also it has lots of protein to help you feel full and leucine to help you maintain what muscle you have. I recommend exercise with it, but you could loose weight without the exercise. Its my best meal of the day0

I lost about 30 pounds ten years ago to get down to 135 pounds with no exercise.
I averaged 1.5 pounds a week. I was following a well known weight loss programme which involved attending weekly meetings.
I ate about 1800 cals a day , and was breastfeeding my new baby0
