After reading the net and reading posts on here about calories to eat or not to eat the exercise calories...I have come to this conclusion... i will eat my first goal and if i find i am still hungry and needing some more i will then eat the exercise calories that i have burned...
As i was suppose to eat 2010 calories today.. that is a struggle... so it is all learning i have been here a few days.. i wont go under the 1200. as i know about the starving your body goes into. So from tomorrow i will start this new regime and see how that goes...

It's far from a struggle (for me) to get 2000 calories in, that's my goal before exercise. Opt for calorie dense but healthy options like nuts or nut butters, avocado, full-fat (and flavour) salad dressings or mayo/miracle whip instead of the reduced fat or no fat options, whole milk over skim etc.
But definitely good to get finding out what works for you! I had to, I tried 1500 calories a day and was miserable and not losing, worked back up to 2000 calories and other than lately due to activity level changes and more processed food I've been losing fine... which is scary due to that meaning I was taking in 3000+ calories on a daily basis while thinking I wasn't eating much more than maintenance.0 -
good for doing your research...good luck and keep us updated on your success!0

Cool, make sure you are eating your protein, even if it means doubling your protein for your evening meal.Dont eat carbs before bed as it turns straight to sugar and then into fat even if you try and work it off!!!It also prevents you from having a good nights sleep
Drink lots of water everyday a few bottles worth. If your still hungry after you drink have some low calorie vegetables to snack on.Also really avoid eating after nine o'clock.
If your interested read Jillian Michaels Book master your metabolism. It is fantastic and has helped me loose a lot of weight with very little effort really.(In saying that i do work out everyday)
Basically try to avoid eating into your exercise calories you have worked hard to loose
Hope this helps you probably no this already but it nice to hear
Good luck with your weight loss

I have a rule of no eating before 7am and not after 730pm unless i am really hungry.. now i have a water bottle i have to drink 2 1/2 of them to get my 8 cups...
today i tried eating my calories and figured something had to be wrong i feel bloated first time in a long time.. so thought it was time to look into what i should be doing..
i work out most days i have set at gym mon tue thurs fri.. and this week i will start wednesday walking 7km.. i did first walk today..
i have set the food diary for tomorrow so i am eating at my goal weight not my exercise calories.. i think i will sit down and write my food for the day. the night before.... will try that and see how that goes... i am sure it will be like my financial budget always needing re-assessing..but i am feeling a lot more confident now on what i should be doing .. thanks for all the feed back...0
