Starting again

Hi all

Thought I would introduce myself as it is over a year since I joined and haven't been about much. Since joining this site, I have dabbled with weightwatchers and sainsburys diets online and have tried doing slimming world at home from old books. I lost a few pounds but over the summer have put quite a bit back. Mum has been in hospital and I have been dashing about and not getting to the gym. I have also been drinking alcohol most nights and have been snacking more so I know where I am going wrong.

I have just weighed in and have 26lb to loose to reach a healthy BMI and 34lb to loose to get to my goal weight of 11'2lb. I haven't been under 12st for over 10 years though so getting to that point would really be an achievement.

I weighed in at 13st 8lb this morning. My 'mini goal' is to loose another 10lb by the time I go out for my work Christmas meal on 16th December. This would take me down to 12st 12lb.

Hope to get to know some of you so we can encourage each other.
