Skin....

Morning everyone!
I started eating healthy and exercising about 6 months ago and this made a massive improvement on my skin. It looked a lot healthier and I had no spots. However, over the past 6 weeks my skin has gone crazy! I feel like a teenager again, I've not had this many spots since I was 14!
I was wondering if anyone has had similar problems with their skin and and any suggestions what it might be that has caused it to break out?
Thanks in advance!

I was told that hormones are stored in fat cells. As you lose weight, the hormones are released from the fat cells that were storing it.0

My skin went really bad after months of hardly any breakouts. Drinking loads of water and green tea has really helped clear it0

Green tea really helps your skin, I think it's the antioxidants that does it. I've not had any problems with my skin and I've been drinking green tea from the start.0

OMG, I'm having the same problem. Just bought some over the counter medication and if that does not work, I'm going to have to see a dermatologist.0

I really wish I'd discovered green tea when I was a teenager. Would have saved me buying so many creams and lotions that never helped my skin anyway.0
