Final Pounds

I posted this in fitness but didn't get anything so I am posting it here too.

I only have a 7 more pounds before I reach my goal but I still have about 5” of belly fat to get rid of. I am at a 35” (19% body fat) waist and to get to the 10% body fat I need to get to a 30” waist. I am 6’2” and I weigh 172 pounds right now. If I do some simple math I need to lose about another 16 pounds of FAT to get to 10% and that is with not losing any muscle. I have never been the muscle kind of guy but I would like to get to the Golden six pack if I can. What should I do to get there? I have always since the 3rd grade been over weight so I am hoping my skin retracts back enough to get there. can I continue to diet to the 6 pack or do I need to start doing a P90x or 30 day shredded to get there. And If I do need to do a program which one is the best to do for abs. Thanks ahead of time.

    No program is going to give you abs.. It's all about what you eat. If you eat primarlly clean and unprocessed foods, then you will see abs. It also depends a bit on genetics I think... Not everyone is going to be able to see that defined six pack.

    Keep eating clean and doing a combo of cardio/weights.. that should help.
