I am looking into buying one of these workout sets from beach body, but can not decide which one. Any suggestions on which one is better? I have about 90 lbs to lose. Thanks

It all depends. If you're just starting out with cardio kickboxing I would suggest Turbo Jam. It's like the "beginner" version. It's only 30 days instead of 90 and is geared more toward people just starting their journey.
If you don't have a problem picking up cardio kickboxing and dance moves and are ready to commit to a full 90 days, to with Turbo Fire.0 -
I would think it depends on what shape you're in. Turbo Fire is High intensity interval training, so it's more intense that Turbo Jam.
Of course I suspect they have modifers so you can adjust the intensity until your fitness level improves...0 -
If you are somewhat active already, I would recommend Turbo Fire. It will get you into shape really fast!! And it is really fun0

I have TurboJam and LOVE IT!!! I think you will enjoy it. There are different levels of the "package" that you buy and once you get through them all, you could move on. BUT, make sure you have the room to do them. You have some kicking to do and you dont want to have to worry about hitting furniture. I havent been able tod o mine in my current house because of lack of space AND, the fact that every step you take you feel it throughout the house.
GOOD LUCK!!!!0
